本《使用条款》（“条款”）构成你（“用户”或“你”）与 Manitodo 开发者（“我们”）之间具有法律约束力的协议，适用于你对 Manitodo 移动应用（“应用”）及相关服务的使用。
2. 服务描述
Manitodo 是一款目标设定与进展追踪应用，帮助用户通过以下方式可视化并达成目标：

3. 用户资格

5.2 订阅管理
- 订阅通过你的 Apple ID 账户进行管理
- 你可在 Apple ID 账户设置中查看、修改或取消订阅
- 取消与退款政策遵循 Apple App Store 指南
- 任何免费试用均受 Apple 的标准条款约束
6. 合理使用
你同意不将本应用用于以下行为：
- 违反任何法律、法规或第三方权利
- 上传有害、冒犯或不当内容
- 试图入侵、逆向工程或破坏应用安全
- 未经同意将应用用于任何商业目的

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the developer of Manitodo ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Manitodo mobile application ("App") and related services.
2. Description of Service
Manitodo is a goal-setting and progress tracking application that helps users visualize and achieve their objectives through:
- Future-oriented task management using completed tense descriptions
- Progress tracking and reflection tools
- Tarot-inspired guidance and insights
- Subscription-based premium features
3. User Eligibility

- In case of conflict, Apple's App Store terms take precedence for App Store-related matters
